Made from super-compressed 100% dry beech wood with no bark and manufactured using the latest briquetting technology, our pizza oven logs marry the best of tradition with science and technology.
COST EFFECTIVE
Our briquettes generate 20-50% more heat compared to firewood logs of the same weight. This means you use less and spend less overall.
HEAT EFFICIENT
Because of their low moisture content and production process, they burn hotter and more consistent than firewood logs each time. They can also be broken into smaller pieces, so you can burn the most effective log sizes for your oven.
HYGENIC
Our briquettes are chemically and bacteriologically certified for the cooking of food. No additives or binders were used. Their octagonal shape allows shipping and storing in sealed boxes, eliminating contaminates. Very low ash contents.
